How do I obtain server statistics?

Server page hit statistics are stored on our dedicated statistics server. To access your web site's server statistics:

  • Go to the User Services URL at http://userservices.yourdomainname.com
  • Type in your Domain name & Password, click "Login"
  • Click on the "Web Statistics for Your Account" link.

This will open the "Web Site Access Statistics" page where you can view statistics reports online.

You can login to the stats server directly using the following URL: http://stats.your-domain.com/ where your-domain.com is your full web hostname without the www prefix.

For example, if the registered domain is goodweb.com, then your server statistics are stored at this URL: http://stats.goodweb.com/

To set this method up:

  • Go to User Services URL at http://userservices.your-domain.com
  • Type in your Domain name & Password
  • Click on the "Web Statistics for Your Account" link.
  • Click on the "Edit (add/remove/change) user/password setup for this report." link.
  • Fill in the "Add user" and "Password" fields
  • Click "Update Form"
  • Login to http://stats.your-domain with the username and password that you just assigned.
